INGREDIENTS: 

Organic Oat Milk Powder (Avena Sativa):

Our organic oat milk powder is made exclusively from Canadian oats. It is gluten-free, non-GMO, and does not contain carrageenan.  

Organic Sunflower Lecithin:

Sunflower lecithin is a natural emulsifier. This means that it keeps ingredients from separating short term. It is naturally gluten, soy, and dairy-free and does not contain chemical solvents like hexane or acetone which are commonly used in conventional lecithin processing. 

Did you know: Some commercial varieties of lecithin can be derived from corn, cottonseed, rapeseed, rice, or eggs, however, genetically modified soybeans dominate the lecithin market. This is why the choice of organic sunflower lecithin rather than soy was simple for us. 

Alpha-Amylase:

Alpha-Amylase is a natural enzyme that helps break down the starch from organic oats. This prevents the oats from gelling and creating a slimy texture and mouthfeel.
