Instructions: Prepare 1 cup of hot spring water, do not boil. Add 1 tbsp of the Chaga Hibiscus tea blend to your tea strainer or tea bag and place in your cup. Pour hot water over strainer/tea bag and allow to steep for approximately 5 minutes. Tea can be enjoyed warm or cold. Sweeten as desired or enjoy as is! Store in a cool, dry place.
