Or experiment with each variety (and in unexpected places) to keep everyone on their toes.   Our organic chili powder is made with authentic New Mexico cultivar chili peppers that feature zesty (but not overwhelming) heat, earthy smokiness and rich-fruity nuances reminiscent of sun-dried tomato, raisin, prune and licorice.
