How it Works
HOW IT WORKS
You can shop Body Fuel Organics 24/7 online and six days a week in our physical location at 1125 McDonald Street.
In order to shop for our groceries online, you first need to register for an account. From there you can then select any produce and grocery items on the site and add them to your cart!
If you pay for your order online with a credit card, then your order will be charged and processed at the moment you submit your order.
For those that wish to pay in-store when you pickup, you can do so by selecting "Pay In-Store Upon Pickup" at checkout.
If you would like to pickup your order at the store (1125 McDonald Street) you can place your order for pickup and we will try our best to have it ready same day!
In-Store Pickup: We will try to have your order ready as soon as possible for pickup in-store. Depending on the arrival of product/produce shipments, your order may take at least 24 hours to fulfill. Please wait until we notify you that your order is ready to come pick up.
Delivery: We currently offer deliveries for orders in Regina, White City, Pilot Butte, Balgonie, Lumsden, and Pense. Due to current 2020 events, we are now doing deliveries Monday to Friday. We'll do our best to get your order ready as soon as possible. Please watch your email for a notification from us that your order is ready and on it's way!
We also deliver to Weyburn, Pangman, Radville, Ogema, Stoughton, Qu'Appelle, and Estevan! We do these deliveries once a month - please email us to be added to our email list to get updates on when/where we deliver to your area! Simply select 'Southern Saskatachewn Delivery' at checkout for this option.
HOW TO SHOP & ORDER
Every week we create a variety of pre-set produce bins based on availability and value - the selection is always changing and you’ll never get the same bin twice! Alternatively, you have the option to customize your own bin.
You can also set your order to occur on a regular basis (either weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.). Simply select the subscription option at checkout and adjust how often you would like your order to recur. Let's say you create your order on a Tuesday and would like it to recur every week - your order will then process every Tuesday. This means every Tuesday you will automatically be charged, and we will fill your order.
You can also create different orders to recur on their own schedule. For example, if you go through more fruit and would like it weekly, however, want to shop for your veggies on a biweekly basis, you can create two “subscriptions” and have them recur on the same day of the week but with varying frequency!
Forget something? That’s ok! You can create an additional order and we will combine your orders for you! If you are a delivery customer, we will credit you for any subsequent delivery charges you may incur for multiple orders.
If you need to skip/cancel your subscription order, you can do so anytime by logging into your account, clicking on 'My Account', and clicking 'Manage Subscription'. From there you can adjust as needed.
