Allfat Beef Kidney Tallow 400g

Sourced from fat surrounding the kidneys (aka suet) this tallow is firm, and has a neutral flavour and aroma. Similar to shortening.

It is ideal for baking and cooking applications where you don’t want the fat to compete or you need structure, such as pastries and pie crusts.

This is a multi-purpose fat that can be used not only for cooking, but also to condition leather, wood, and as a base ingredient for soaps, candles and skincare. More than an ingredient, this is a household essential.

It is minimally processed - dry rendered, low and slow, and filtered with multi layers to ensure purity. We do not use preservatives, deodorizing, bleaching, harsh refining, or any form of chemical stripping.

Shelf stable for up to 16 months. No refrigeration needed.
