
Ingredients:
- 4-6 fresh lemons
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or other natural sweetener
- 4 cups water
- 2 Tbsp of Health First Chlorophyll (Unflavoured or Mint)
- Pinch of salt*
- Handful of ice
- Lemon wedges for garnish
*Salt helps reduce the “earthy” flavour of chlorophyll.
Method:
- Cut lemons in half and squeeze 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
- Combine lemon juice, water, chlorophyll, and salt in a pitcher and stir well.
- Add maple syrup and stir again.
- Top with ice and lemon wedges and serve.
