These little gems are loaded with organic cinnamon, organic sunflower seeds, organic pumpkin seeds, and organic goji berries.
WARNING! They’re not very sweet – but that’s intentional; flax and cinnamon both work to stabilize blood sugar (making it great for diabetics), and we just don’t see any sense in messing with that. The cinnamon flavour really comes out when you put on a thin layer of apple butter, almond butter, or tahini…yum!
With 6 grams of protein per serving, they pack quite the nutritional punch. If they happen to arrive already crumbled because of a bumpy ride through the delivery process…no worries! They are perfect crumbled on salads or oatmeal. Even take things a step further: toss the crumbs in a little coffee grinder and make Cinnamon Goji flax meal to stir into yogurt.
