Calm and Joy Signature Blend

This soothing chocolate lavender flavoured blend works to reduce anxiety and depression, promoting a calm and peaceful mood.

Ingredients: Lavender, Cacao, Passionflower, St. John’s Wort, Ashwagandha, Oolong Tea, Green Tea, Rooibos Tea, Stevia leaf.

For best results: Steep 1/2 - 1 tsp of the loose tea in hot water for 5 minutes.

Servings per tin: 1 tsp = 22 servings OR 1/2 tsp = 44 servings.

Special Considerations: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if taking SSRI’s.
