While food prices continue to rise, we feel keeping our hard earned dollars right here in Saskatchewan is among the most important for all of us.  Our farmers need us!

How it all began....

 

Let me begin by taking you back  7 years when Body Fuel was created –  I was a stay at home mom with 3 small children and one with what seemed to be incessant sickness.  It was suggested by a naturopath that I change her eating habits and adopt an organic lifestyle.  As I’m sure many can relate, you’ll do just about anything for your children and eating organic seemed rather painless….until I attempted to source it and shop with 3 little kids.  I also had a huge learning curve in figuring out how to prepare more nutritious meals….the journey had begun.
